Eligibility of drivers is based on the Safe Driver Award Program Rule Book. It is understood and agreed upon that the National Safety Council makes the Safe Driver Award Program recognition items available for the sole purpose of recognizing drivers who do not incur a preventable motor vehicle incident for a specified period of time (at least one year).
